As theAssistant Manager, Recruitmentat AirAsia X, you'll play a critical role in sourcing top-tier local talents, leading key hiring projects, and driving recruitment excellence across the region. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners globally to meet diverse hiring needs.
Elevate AirAsia's brand as a Travel Tech company across Asia, increasing visibility among top talents.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a high standard of efficiency and quality.
Represent AirAsia at career fairs and student events, enhancing employer branding.
Enhance AirAsia's social media presence and lead targeted campaigns to fulfill hiring demands.
Deliver timely recruitment metrics, insights, and reports to guide decision-making and optimize processes.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure satisfaction with recruitment services and results.
Spearhead recruitment projects aimed at improving processes, quality, and speed of delivery.
Your Profile
7+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Proven track record in hiring senior positions, C-suite executives, and foreign talents.
Expertise in managing both high-volume hiring and niche, specialized roles.
Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ability to develop, implement, and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Willingness to travel as needed for hiring drives and recruitment initiatives.
