The Assistant Manager - Restaurant Reservations Centre is responsible to assist in managing the day-to-day Food & Beverage administration, which covers the hotel's operators, order takers and designated guest service officers.
QualificationsMinimum 2 years' work experience as a Team Leader in a hotel's Call Centre.
Well-developed communication, telephone and customer relations skills.
