Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing

Job Description  Assist in overseeing the sales team of real estate agents to achieve sales goals.Provide agents with the necessary resources and training to enhance their sales performance.Monitor sales activities and performance metrics, providing feedback and support as needed.Help develop and implement marketing strategies for new property projects.Collaborate with the Creative team to create promotional materials and campaigns.Organize marketing events, open houses, and property showcases to attract potential buyers.Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to improve sales and marketing strategies.Prepare reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and marketing campaign effectiveness.Support budget management and resource allocation for sales and marketing activities.Assist in training and onboarding new sales agents.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Job Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in business or related field will be an advantageMin 2 years in sales or real estate, ideally with some exposure to managing relationships with agents and customersGood communication skills in English is essential and Mandarin is an advantageGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint to prepare reports and/or presentation to Management
