Full time
Key account management function for industrial chemical products.
Assist in sales and marketing strategies formulation for industrial chemical products.
Present company's industrial chemical products to suitable customers, perform negotiations with customers to close deals.
Deliver sales KPI's set by the company.
Sensitive to market change and able to develop suitable sales strategies to respond.
Identify suitable new products/customers for future development.
Prepare monthly sales reports and collect market intelligence highlighting sales performance, related industry updates and generate suitable recommendations.
Marketing and Sales Contract
Follow up sales contract process to ensure smooth transactions.
Able to provide suitable suggestions/solutions at minimal cost impact in the event of any sales contract discrepancy or dispute.
Customer Relationship Management
Closely liaise with the operations team to ensure a seamless total solution to customers.
Establish and maintain positive and professional business relationships with customers to keep abreast with the latest market development.
Conduct regular customer visits and ensure customers' information is timely updated.

Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
Possess a recognised Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering, or equivalent from a reputable university.
At least five (5) years working experience in sales and marketing.
Proven track record in sales target achievement.
High persuasive and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
Proficient in the use of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and online meeting applications.
Has adequate common sense and effective problem-solving skills.
Exposure to international trade environment and knowledge of Incoterm will be an added advantage.
