The Assistant Manager will be based atSunsuria City, Sepang.You'll be responsible for supporting and driving business growth within the institution. This role involves developing and executing strategies to increase student enrolment, managing relationships with agents and corporate clients, and supporting procurement and vendor registration tasks within the Business Development (BD) team.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies to boost student enrolment.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with education agents, corporate clients, and potential partners to drive business growth.
Ensure high conversion rates by following up with leads to ensure a strong leads-to-walk-ins ratio, and convert walk-ins to enrolled students.
Provide guidance and counselling to prospective students and their families regarding academic programs, campus facilities, and unique selling points (USPs) to drive enrolment.
Ensure high walk-in-to-enrolment conversion through consistent counselling and follow-ups. Track and update student profiles to monitor progress.
Work closely with the Admissions team to facilitate the following processes:
Application and admission procedures for students.
Entrance assessments and visa applications.
Pre-departure and arrival briefings for international students.
Review and analyse weekly enrolment data to ensure targets are being met and develop strategies for improvement.
Assist in procurement tasks for the BD team, including vendor registrations and maintaining relationships with external vendors.
Prepare regular reports on student enrolment trends, agent performance, and sales activities. Provide insights to management to support decision-making.

Requirements:Possesses a Bachelor's Degree In Business or equivalent academic discipline.
Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in education/sales relevant industry would have added advantage.
Have good interpersonal skills, and a strong passion and drive for sales.
Good communication and presentation skills both in English.
Good in planning & running events.
Available for weekend duties as required.
Must work well under targets, time constraints, and deadlines. Ability to remain focused.
