Assistant Manager / Supervisor Fast Food Restaurant (Male Only)

REQUIREMENTS
? Male only
? Physical mobility as well as mental stamina
? Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
? Able to perform routine tasks with minimum supervision
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment
? Can start immediately

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
? Ensures the restaurant is up to company standards with regard to services, cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility
? To assist Restaurant Manager on payroll, attendance, administrative and paperwork as and when needed.
? Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
? Ensuring shift is properly staffed and ready to handle business volume.
? Perform daily closing and tally sales records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
? Perform bank deposits after ensuring consistency and accuracy of financial transactions.
? Any ad-hoc duties assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
? Strong leadership and team management skills
? Minimum 1 year experience in Food & Beverages service or proven experience as Supervisor /Assistant Restaurant
? Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times.
