Details of the offer

To carry out 3 months production planning and schedule for all section Production products to fulfil customer order.- To monitor raw material availability for the production based on 3 Month Planning Schedule and 6 months forecast or beyond dependent on materials ordering lead time by suppliers.- To manage on time delivery and to ensure planning is met the committed date to customers.- Sourcing for one off purchase for any foreseen prolong issue.- To update daily production schedule progression and waterfall planning.- To perform weekly meetings with SCM team to reconcile agreed supply plan (ETA) to customers..- To reconcile monthly schedule with the stakeholders on the 26th of every month.- To oversees Artwork Executive on developing and managing of new and revise artwork based on new product launching, product extension and cosmetic change to the existing products from artwork development and approval till purchase order releasing to the vendors.- To monitor the inventory for raw material ordering to ensure production schedule is not interrupted..- To ensure the purchase of annual raw material requirement based on the forecast/waterfalls/MRP system and from customer's orders.- To ensure raw material is sufficient for top 5 product produce based on stock level..- To coordinate on problematic of raw materials with other departments i.e., Warehouse, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Technical Service and Finance.- To monitor material delivery date and documentation from suppliers, manufacturers, and forwarder..- To monitor and ensure expiry date for Raw Material not less than 180 days or 6 months, and to prepare monthly report for raw material to be expired to planners and production.- To monitor in evaluating new suppliers/manufacturer for alternative source of raw material involving Excipients or API.- To monitor and involve in product registration and DMF renewal.- To manage in conduct operation meeting with marketing to share and highlight any operation matter. This is to ensure effective communication between both parties.- To update and follow up with Quality Assurance/Quality Control team on the release of finished goods and raw materials and packaging materials.- To manage, monitor and supervise non trade purchasing team, executive and clerk.- To review the price comparison analysis and recommend the purchase of non-trade items.Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusApplication Deadline: 06/30/2024Expected Start Date: 07/01/2024
