Job Description:
To drive end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and negotiating job offers, within the SLA.
To build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including hiring managers, HR business partners, Group TA and recruitment agencies.
To build and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates and key industry contacts.
To ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and processes.
To act as the brand ambassador, collaborating with HR and Talent Management to position the company as an employer of choice.
To lead and implement recruitment strategies and processes, including staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
To develop a data-driven approach to optimize recruitment efficiency, inform decision-making and enable more proactive recruitment strategies.
To develop creative ways to address talent acquisition challenges.
To integrate recruitment activities into Workday recruitment module.
To track and monitor internship placement within SDGI Malaysia.
To ensure the company meets the yearly PROTÉGÉ hiring headcount as part of CSR initiative.
To track and monitor the PROTÉGÉ hiring status.
To develop, build and deploy strong employer branding to external market by establishing SDGI employer value proposition as a means to attract external talents.
To explore career fairs and social media channels as an additional avenue to hire candidates.
To partner with relevant institutions to hire positions which require niche and technical skills.
As and when required, the position will be required to work in the space of talent management on a project basis.
Job Requirement:
Preferably graduated from bachelor's degree in HR / Psychology / Business Administration / other equivalent.
Certificate in Human Resources Management, CIPD or other HR-related certification will be an added advantage.
Preferably with at least 5-8 years of experience working in HR functions.
Experience in recruitment and selection process, and operational process enhancement is a must.
Experience in Workday recruitment module or other HRMS recruitment module will be an added advantage.
