Scopes including developing style guides, templates and other materials.- Create and implement long-term communication strategy, including producing a yearly commercial calendar plan that aligns with business goals.- To support and process daily marketing collaterals requests such as Operations signage, notices & etc. from all TP BUs and respective stakeholders. Responsibilities not limit to review, revise, and obtain final approval to proceed with production.- Responsible to plan, develop, and update marketing collaterals from time to time, such as Genting SkyWorlds gate map, Skytropolis gate map, Sky VR brochure, banners, electronic direct mailings & etc. in different languages. Scopes include content development, copywriting, proofreading, and reviews until job completion.- To ensure delivering updated and accurate park information such as showtimes, pricing, promotions & etc. on time across all communication platforms based on daily operations- To plan, manage, schedule and develop content for digital screens at Theme Park premises and resorts wide- To plan and execute marketing assets development, for example, photo/video shootings. Scopes include concept development, sourcing for proposal through Ariba System, on-premise arrangement with related stakeholders, post production, approval & delivery.- To manage and provide marketing support to assigned iconic event projects, especially related to Theme Parks.- To develop promotional materials for Theme Park tickets pricing and promotions, maximize awareness through media ads buy, on premise awareness, and eventually drive conversions.- To develop and execute new product offerings based on business requirements, such as school combos, Annual Pass, VIP Tour & etc.- To plan, manage and monitor marketing budget.- To liaise with Advertising Agency to develop all related marketing creative requests.- To liaise with Media Agency on media ads buy planning and execution, including providing the required marketing contents.- To liaise with iHoliday team ensuring all Theme Parks products available online and to be sold smoothly.- To manage and monitor all internal printing requests and on-premise communications deliverables & updates.- Review and enhance GSW mobile app - to deliver a better guest experienceJob Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.- At least 8-10 years' Experience in marketing specifically in a Theme Park or related field- Pre-opening of Theme Park experience will be an added value.- Must have experience in managing a licensed IP- Proven ability to manage budgets.- Professional and proactive work ethic.- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.- Competency in through knowledge of web analytics- Experience in digital marketing
