Job Requirements
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in in property development sales and strategic planning, legal and contract management background would be of advantage.Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English, able to converse in mandarin would be of advantage.Able to liaise and communicate effectively with developers, bankers, lawyers and various government bodies.Job Descriptions
To support and assists the Director to develop & overseeing long term organization strategies objective/goals;Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to monitor progress;Collaborate with the project team include external stakeholders such as consultants, engineers, architects, Quantity Surveyor and authorities to develop and coordinate project development;Negotiate pricing, and terms of sales, business and joint venture agreements, ensuring profitability; Handling SPA, tenancy agreement, loan documentations, discharge and perfection of charge and other conveyancing matters with developers, bankers, solicitors and various government bodies;Provide secretarial assistance to executives, including drafting letters, memos, and other correspondence. Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action items;To seeks out new real estate business development opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals;To research and maintain extensive knowledge of property market conditions;
