Minimum Requirements:At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Mandarin in both written and verbal is a strong advantage to curate Mandarin content.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Basic graphic design skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for social media and staying current with industry trends.
Experience in influencer marketing and KOL management is a plus.
Responsibilities:Assist in the creation and execution of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of social media content.
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and feedback, and engage with followers to foster community and enhance brand loyalty.
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, using insights and third-party tools to optimize content and strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget tracking, targeting, and performance analysis.
Coordinate with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and brand ambassadors to leverage their networks for greater reach and engagement.
Support the development and maintenance of relationships with KOLs to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Assist in identifying and recruiting new KOLs and influencers that align with the brand's values and goals.
