As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to promote our diverse range of food and beverage products.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales
Creating compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and promotional materials
Coordinating and overseeing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
Analysing market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing efforts
Collaborating with the operations team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities to measure success and identify areas for improvement
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in thefood and beverage industry
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in various digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
Adaptable and able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good language proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
