Job requisition ID: REQ-7062232Lendlease Malaysia is looking for candidates who are interested in growing their career in marketing as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Setia City Mall.
Setia City Mall is recognized as the largest mall in Shah Alam, with over 300 retailers spread across 4 levels, creating the ultimate destination for shopping, dining, entertainment, and park life in the area.
You must have a strong passion for retail marketing and building brand loyalty.Based at Setia City Mall Corporate Office, your duties include but are not limited to the following:Conceptualising and implementing integrated marketing campaigns for the shopping mall to drive traffic and revenue.Assisting the team with budgetary control, advertising, promotions, events, marketing of in-mall advertising spaces, loyalty programmes, public relations, engaging and onboarding stakeholders, and direct marketing to create a strong and unified shopping mall brand that stands out from the competition.Other key responsibilities include:Planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).Conducting post-campaign analysis, budget tracking, and monthly reports for internal analysis.Liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure project success and create awareness for the mall's activities.Forming strategic alliances to source sponsorships, unique event opportunities, and public relations opportunities for the mall.Proactively planning and initiating joint collaborations with tenants, as well as garnering participation for mall programmes and various Lendlease initiatives to drive sales.Planning the department's budget to keep expenses within the approved budget.Conducting post-promotional campaign or event reviews to determine the effectiveness of promotions/events in terms of shopper traffic and tenant GTO, and preparing monthly reports for internal analysis.Actively participating in group campaigns and initiatives.Requirements:Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related disciplines.At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role and work environment (shopping mall experience would be an added advantage).Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Able to work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Permanent position.22 days annual leave per year plus 3 days of wellbeing leave.Medical, Dental, and Inpatient coverage for self and dependants.Access to online wellbeing and mental health platform.If you feel this position is suited to your skills, experience, and career aspirations, please apply using the link provided.Lendlease is committed to being a diverse and inclusive employer of choice by engaging, enabling, and empowering our people.
