Assistant Marketing Manager / Sr Executive

job description Responsible for marketing of assigned products category, develop strategic marketing activation and align tactics to drive brand growth Lead, built and implement strategic campaigns to drive sales, consistent updates and monitoring on promotion results with contingencies to further drive sales Implement corrective actions if results are not met as well as further review on the next course of step for upcoming campaigns. Tracking and constant monitoring of core brand health to ensure brand profitability  Aligning trade promotion/campaign projections including operation roll-out plans and campaign pricing with internal sales teams, operation, finance and supply chain Development of communication materials, POP allocation and merchandising guide for marketing plans execution. Lead in innovation, activation, advertising, and promotion for the deployment of brand strategic plan within the agreed budget Coordinating internal marketing as well as trade marketing  Job Requirements Preferably candidates with minimum a Diploma in Marketing, Media and Advertising or related field Those with 3 years & above of working experience in the infant milk formula or mothers & baby industry Experiences in FMCG industry is preferably Good interpersonal and communications skills especially English Demonstrates business acumen in the current market trend Able to work in a fast pace environment Strong understandings of technology trends, market best practices and digital marketing tools are added advantages 5 days work week Company Overview
