Assistant Medical Officer (Amo)

Job Responsibilities: Managing communication, coordination, schedules, budget & reporting.
Give advice to paramedics on screening of patients, making probable diagnosis, giving treatment including intravenous infusion, minor surgery & referral of patient.
Also advice on vital sign checking, wound dressing and perform various nursing procedures in proper aseptic technique to prevent infection.
Verification of Daily Patient Record, Weekly Inventory Report, Weekly Medicine Report, Monthly Medical Report, etc.
Manage clinic facilities & equipment.
Report any defect to authorized department & issued work order request.
Requirements Job Requirements: Diploma or degree in Medical or Health Science, or any related field from a recognized institution.
Has attended training on Assistant Medical Review Officer (AMRO), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Trauma Life Support (TLS).
Leadership and coaching skill is necessary.
Good computer literacy(MS Office).
Valid registration with the relevant medical authority or board.
Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and medical staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Basic knowledge of standard medical and clinical procedures.
Commitment to patient care and ethical medical practices.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
