We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operation Manager to join our team at Vivo Food Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dynamic hospitality business, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our facilities.What you'll be doing Assist the Operation Manager in managing the overall operations of the businessSupervise and coordinate the work of teams across various departmentsImplement and monitor operational procedures and policies to ensure complianceIdentify and resolve operational issues in a timely mannerAnalyse data and provide reports to support decision-makingCollaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experienceContribute to the development and implementation of business strategiesProvide mentoring and training to junior staff membersWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role within the hospitality industryStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficient in data analysis and report generationExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environmentDegree in Hospitality Management or a related fieldWhat we offer
