Bar & Beverage Staff (Hospitality & Tourism)
Lead outlet service crews to achieve Company's monthly sales target
Perform recruitment to hire outlet service crew including managing the manpower in the outlet
Train and develop outlet service crews to be responsible and independent on their own daily work including the outlet daily business operations
Provide guidance and mentoring to outlet service crews to ensure the outlet operations SOP is in practice
Monitor, analyse and control all labour and inventory costs. This includes reports preparation and submission to ensure budgets are met or exceeded while quality is maintained and improved
Monitor stock inventory and ensure that all food and ingredient supplies, and other essentials are adequately stocked, plan and forecast order demand
Responsible to reduce food waste, decrease operational cost and maintain excellence service level and productivity in the outlet
Provide solution(s) to resolve issue(s) that arise from the outlet. This includes any complaint(s) from the customer(s).
Coordinate with the Marketing team for any ongoing promotions and campaigns
Work closely with the HR team on any HR matters especially during the monthly payroll period
Counsel and discipline outlet service crew when necessary
Job Requirements
Possess Certificate/Diploma/Degree in F&B Services Management or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience preferably in managing F&B outlets & similar role in hospitality environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and be extremely customer focused
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge in computer
Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Able to support the outlet as and when needed such as after working hours or on off day(s)
