Assistant, Order Fulfilment & Inventory Management

We're looking for a proactive professional to manage order fulfillment, inventory, and product handling, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

What Role Will You Play in shaping CompAsia's Future?
Order Fulfillment:
Oversee daily order fulfillment processes including order entry, invoicing, administration, tracking incoming shipments, and maintaining records.
Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, and other teams to meet customer demand.
Inventory Management:
Allocate inventory effectively to fulfill customer orders.
Maintain and update inventory data regularly to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Manage stock levels and ensure adequate inventory is available to meet customer demands while minimizing costs.
Handle the unboxing and quality inspection of received products, ensuring they meet internal quality standards.
Organize, document, and communicate findings from unboxing activities to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare products for order fulfillment based on customer specifications and quality requirements.
Coordination & Reporting:
Manage reporting for all inbound and outbound stock transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
Reconcile cycle counts and collaborate with material handling associates to resolve discrepancies.
Build and maintain sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product testing, reprovisioning, and inventory control for return/exchange and replacement of faulty products.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time-to-time.
Adapt to fast-changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree in any related field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Competent with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
