Job ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Marketing Plan supporter to Country Marketing function (Brand, Social Media, Retail & E-commerce)
Growth Plan and Reports at Market level
Prepare and align yearly growth plan for market to achieve LKK brand and category performance based on the inputs from markets.
Support line manager to execute any market research, advertising, trade marketing, NPD, e-commerce, social media and Foodservice program and event, trade event as required.
Enhance Lee Kum Kee's online presence in Malaysia through effective social media strategies and campaigns, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and engagement.
Drive new product development at market level in accordance with local & global NPD direction and approval procedures.
Prepare and consolidate management reports and analysis to track performance.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to track and monitor the A&P spending of markets.
To work on special assignments assigned by line manager.
Job SpecificationDegree holder in Business, Marketing or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same or relevant capacity, preferably from FMCG or similar industry.
Independent, highly self-disciplined, action oriented, highly self-motivated with strong innovative and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent inter-personal skills, enthusiastic and determined to succeed in a challenging, fast paced environment.
Willing to travel overseas whenever required.
