Assistant Production Manager

The Assistant Production Manager supports the production in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing output to meet company targets. This role involves supervising production staff, coordinating resources, managing schedules, and troubleshooting production issues to maintain optimal operations.
Production Scheduling: Assist in planning and executing production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.Quality Assurance: Monitor quality standards, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and maintain product quality.Team Supervision: Manage and support production team members, provide training, assign tasks, and foster a productive and positive work environment.Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, address potential hazards, and conduct regular safety briefings.Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and increased efficiency.Inventory and Resource Management: Track material usage, coordinate with inventory control, and manage equipment maintenance to avoid production disruptions.Reporting: Prepare production reports and document activities to contribute to strategic decision-making. Qualifications:
