ResponsibilitiesTo assist Technical department in monitoring all quality aspects on all production stages.
To lead a team to manufacture a quality product by efficient and effective deployment of resources in meeting schedule and timely delivery.
Oversee operation and running of the production work.
To ensure production lines meet or exceed production goals.
To ensure production progresses smoothly and work done by sub-contractors complies with specifications and standards specified by clients.
To coordinate with sub-contractors on technical matters.
To ascertain production workers adhere to manufacturing and quality control procedures.
To report to Management regarding production work progress and quality issues.
Planning, coordination, and control of production activities and management.
Plan ahead on materials ordering, equipment, tools, and machinery for production use.
Material accountability – control of material usage, reject/scraps.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
QualificationsMinimum Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing/Engineering or its equivalent.
At least 5 years related working experience in the medical devices industry or food industry.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
