Assistant Production Manager

Responsibilities:
To oversee and monitor day-to-day operation on production floor to run efficiently based on standards.
To enforce quality standards from raw materials to finished goods.
To monitor equipment performance and identify maintenance needs.
To enforce safety procedures and regulations on production floors.
To track production metrics and generate reports for management.
Skills:
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Technical knowledge of production processes and equipment.
Attention to detail and quality standards.
Effective communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
