Assistant Production Supervisor

Job ResponsibilitiesCheck and monitor the optimization performance of the equipment and machines to produce the scheduled output.
Monitor daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary, assisting in all aspects on the production floor.
Reduce wastage, cut down downtime, and manage inventory control.
Coordinate and monitor the flow of production orders for the floor; able to forecast work and notice potential problems in workflow.
Plan and manage manpower assignments.
Continue to improve workflow and methods, ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify), 5S.
Continuously provide support and training to workers and sufficient supervision to new employees through the learning curve process.
Able to prepare reports for submission.
Job RequirementsDiploma or certificate in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a production line.
Able to work rotating shifts (Day and Night Shift).
Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa.
