Business in Palm oil mill.Manufactures products by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work flow.Job Duties:- During probation period, you must understand the process flow by working hands on in every department.- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.- Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, implementing change.- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.- Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Can work under pressure.- Under Supervisor Supervision.Skills and Qualifications:Supervision, Identify Problem, Problem Solving, Coaching, Managing Processes, Process Improvement, Production Planning, Controls and Instrumentation, Strategic Planning, Dealing with Complexity.**Salary**: From RM1,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Evening shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- Willing to relocate to Teluk Intan?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Production Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
