Oversee for the seamless execution of architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and adhere to design standards.
Participate in the planning and design coordination process, including conceptual design, zoning layout, room interactions, material interactions, and oversee the completion phases, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Analyse architectural designs to ensure they meet market demands and project specifications.
Review detailed drawings and specifications.
Ensure that design solutions are functional, visually appealing, and adhere with relevant codes and regulations.
Work closely with architects, engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to ensure a unified design approach.
Participate in and attend client and consultant meetings, including those related to overall planning, landscape, master plans, and technical aspects, to ensure that the design intent is upheld throughout the construction process.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure that all aspects of the project comply with regulatory requirements and meet project specifications.
Collaborate with internal departments, including Quantity Surveying, to resolve issues related to contracts, building materials, and specifications.
Attend meetings with authorities and consultants, prepare detailed reports, and communicate effectively to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress.
Assess design layouts and details to verify they meet safety, practicality, cost-effectiveness, aesthetic appeal, functionality, and enhance customer experience.
Ensure all design work adheres to quality standards and complies with relevant regulations.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, address issues, and ensure strict adherence to approved designs and specifications.
Keep up-to-date with architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.
Integrate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions into projects.
Perform research and analysis to support design decisions and enhance project outcomes.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Master's Degree in Architecture, LAM Part 2 qualification Architectural or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years – 3 year working experience in consultant & property development industry will be an added advantage.
Experience in high-rise mixed-use developments, landed properties, and township developments.
Demonstrate a flair for design and creativity with a strong attention to detail.
Possess a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and both creative and practical abilities to learn and grow within the company.
Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.
Experience in Revit, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, Enscape, and SketchUp.
A team player who is willing to travel for coordination and site meetings.
