Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of design, fit-out, and maintenance operations.
Working closely with the Project Manager and the team, your main responsibilities include: -Supervising site activities and ensuring the smooth execution of site development projects from start to finish.
-Assisting the Project Manager in planning and coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources.
-Managing and liaising with suppliers, contractors, and designers to ensure quality deliverables.
-Overseeing project budgeting, including sourcing suppliers, evaluating costs, and ensuring projects stay within budget and on schedule.
-Ensuring that all outlet development projects are completed according to quality standards and project timelines.
-Leading the design process, from initial concept to detailed design, ensuring all aspects of the project align with the overall vision and business requirements.
-Keeping up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and specifications to bring fresh ideas to the table.
-Coordinating with mall management, local authorities, and franchisees, if any, to resolve any operational issues during renovations.
-Collaborating with other departments to ensure that each project completes on time and meets operational expectations.
-Developing and leading the team to implement strategies for improving preventive maintenance standards.
-Managing project documentation, including progress reports, letters, and other essential project paperwork.
-Reviewing and approving project invoices related to outlet development and maintenance expenses.
-Providing detailed progress updates to senior management through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

-Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in related industry.
-Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
-Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage, motivate, and guide a team effectively.
-Communication: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
-Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for the role.
-Positive Attitude: Energetic and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to drive project success.
