Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager (Property Development)

Job Description Liaise with key stakeholders such as architects, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to align project objectives.Manage the day-to-day operations of the property development project from inception to completion.Oversee site activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of materials.Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental standards, and other legal requirements.Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and issues.Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, agreements, permits, and construction schedules.Coordinate the final inspections, approvals, and handover of completed projects to the client or property management team.Ensure all project deliverables are met, including warranties, as-built drawings, and maintenance manuals. Job Requirement Posses a Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering or Architecture only).At least 5-7 years of relevant working experiences in property industry is required.Required spoken in Chinese, English and Bahasa MalaysiaCandidate must possess own transport and willing to travel.
