Key Responsibilities:


-Oversee and manage all sales administration tasks related to after-sales processes. (ie. Signing SPA, loan documents matters and etc)


-Liaise with agents, legal teams, financial institutions, and purchasers to facilitate the smooth execution of sales agreements and loan documentation.


-Support the Senior Manager in leading the sales and administrative team.


-Prepare and present accurate and timely sales performance reports. 


-Support branches and agents by providing timely assistance and resolving operational related to sales administration matters.

; Requirements:- Qualifications:


-Diploma and above in related field


-Preferably 2-3 years of experience in real estate/property administrative role.


-Strong organizational and communication skills.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


-English,Bahasa and Mandarin Speaking are required.
