Assistant Qa Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
Review monthly quality inspections and reports.
Access customer portals to monitor and review company performance.
Ensure that all quality standards are met and address any non-conformance issues.
Implement corrective actions to address any quality concerns raised by customers.
Maintain and manage quality-related documentation.
Act as QMR for ISO & IATF.
Led QA Team to meet objectives and KPIs.
Competency:
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate with customers and manage quality expectations.
Experience in quality assurance and control.
Familiarity with customer portal systems.
