Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
To assist QA Manager in overseeing and maintaining quality standards in the production process, ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements and regulatory standards.
Manage the QA operation team, implementing quality control processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
Provide detailed reports on quality performance, non-conformances and improvement initiatives for management review.
Lead and manage all customer requirements, quality reports and attend quality review meetings with customers.
Provide guidance and training to QA staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement; ensure evaluation and assessment of QA staff are carried out as per established procedures.
Lead and manage a team of quality control professionals, including hiring, training and performance evaluation.
Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, conducting mock audits, and addressing audit findings; attend to customer audits and supplier audits when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
At least 5 years of working experience in QAQC field with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive quality initiatives.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to take leadership in resolving issues across all departments and remain accessible at all times.
Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
