Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity SurveyorManage progress claims, variation orders, claim evaluations, final accounts, and related tasks.
Collaborate with the project team to gather supporting documents for claims.
Assist the commercial team in monitoring changes to the scope of work and contract conditions.
Coordinate with the finance department on payment-related matters.
Verify payment certificates and finalize project accounts.
Ensure deadlines are met.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
Relevant work experience is an advantage.
Position based in Batu Pahat office.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Chinese is an advantage.
