Assistant Restaurant Manager (Subway)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall daily F&B operational business functions activities.
Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Ensure the quality of food is always good and standardized in the restaurant.
Train new and current employees on proper skills and customer service practices.
Responsible for local marketing initiatives and ensure that marketing/promotion plans are implemented.
Review and ensure monthly sales targets are met and continuously seek for operational improvement.
Ensure SOP is observed and carried out consistently.
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in F&B Industry or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Knowledge in food control, product quality skills & good leadership.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Self-motivated & passionate for the F&B industry.
Must be able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley.#J-18808-Ljbffr
