Job Description About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Admin Manager to oversee sales administration operations, drive efficiency, and support effective credit control.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a solid background in property development and sales administration.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly credit control reports and forecasts to support financial planning.
Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations, including new sales, sub-sales, and tenant transitions, in line with company policies.
Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections, working closely with finance and operations teams.
Manage tenancy matters and maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and filing systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and follow up on project milestones, such as loan documentation, disbursements, blanket consent approvals, and other relevant documents.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their development and productivity.
Handle additional assignments as needed to support departmental goals.
Requirements Diploma or Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of relevant experience in property development or sales administration.
Experience with IFCA.net system is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
