RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing all operational aspects in the branch including sales, customer service, distribution operations and human resources.
Managing the profitability of the region which includes serving existing accounts, developing new clients & business.
Meet regional income goals and oversee all operational aspects.
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities, competitors update.
Manage branch's personnel by providing coaching, development and motivation.
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions to improve efficiencies or performance of the branch.
Reporting to upper management on a monthly basis of performance.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry (Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry) or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Relevant working experience in the related industry will be an added advantage.
Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate, as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
Detail-oriented, analytical and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel to industrial areas.
