Assistant Sales Manager - Based In Penang (Ref: Mm)

Job Responsibilities Maintainingsales, purchasing and company financing responsibilities.Ability to develop new business and negotiate to close deals consistently.PreparingSales Budgets and Forecast.Co-ordinateof business activities.Maintainingquality of service.Plan& delegate assignments to staff.Formulatea staff development program.Liaiseclosely with all sections concerned to ensure all deliveries meet on time.Follow up with bill collections to ensure proper credit control on goods supplied to customers.Overseecosting of goods sold to customers.Overseethe purchasing of goods related to customers' requirements. Requirements Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or any equivalent.Minimumexperience of 5 years in sales, preferably in Semiconductor or Electronics industry.Haveexperience in controlling and supervising of staff.Self-starter,energetic with leadership qualities.Understandingsome custom regulations and forwarding terms.Willingto travel and possess own transportation.5-days working/week (Mon-Fri).
