Sales Execution Support Assist in executing regional sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.Ensure day-to-day activities of the sales team align with overall company goals.Support sales teams in achieving KPIs, including volume targets, distribution, and in-store execution. 2. Team Supervision & Coaching Supervise and coach Sales Representatives to improve performance and ensure target achievement.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team on sales techniques and customer interaction.Identify training needs and work with the Regional Sales Manager to implement training programs for sales executives.
3. Retailer & Distributor Relations Maintain and develop strong relationships with key distributor in the General Trade channel.Assist in negotiating trade terms and incentives for distributor within the region.Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability in retail outlets. 4. In-store Execution Work closely with Trade Marketing to implement promotional plans at the retail level.Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure compliance with display standards and promotional activities. Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector?
• At least SPM and above or related field.
• Must possess own transport.
• Willing and has ready to travel.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skill.
• Must be able to speak English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
• Good planning and organization skill.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Multiple locations available for this vacancy (Kulim/Puncak Alam/ JB).
