Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description: To develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and customer satisfaction. To build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. To conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. To analyse past ordering data & market data to develop effective sales strategies and positioning. To prepare accurate and timely sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline management, and performance analysis.  Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales management within the similar industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
