Job Responsibility
•To manage and grow existing business for the company in the assigned territory, recognising market opportunities and constraints.•To develop trade marketing plans and brand plans with marketing team with the company and brand vision.•To provide all necessary support to enable the appointed distributors to execute pre-agreed trade marketing plans and brand plans within the market.•To identify and evaluate new business opportunities for the Company.•To review competitor's performance and reporting of competitor brand strategy where known.•To communicate the Company and Brand goals and objectives to distributors.•To attend key events and consumer focused trade shows in the territory, working with distributors to build brand awareness.•To measure campaign effectiveness and make recommendations that will continually improve return on marketing investment for the business.•To act in the role of the Company's brand ambassador in assigned markets. Working Conditions: •This role is based at InterBev Malaysia Office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It requires regular travel within Malaysia and working with International Sales and Marketing Departments which based at ThaiBev Head Office in Bangkok and Finance team in Singapore.•The candidate should have a work permit and valid passport with no known impediments for international travel (including but not limited to previously rejected visa applications).•The normal business hours is from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.•The candidate will be required to work at the outlets during night time or additional hours as necessitated by the needs of the business.Job Qualification
1.Bachelor or Master degree in business management/marketing or related fields2.At least 5 years of sales management experience; preferably of ASEAN channel3.Preferred FMCG or beverage industrial4.An advanced command of the English language (both oral and written) is required5.Ability to travel as required by role6.Strong organizational, communication and team building skills7.Strong analytical skill8.Project management9.Quick learner and flexible
