Assistant Sales Manager, Retail Telemarketing

Telemarketing OfficerPRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES- Achieve sales target including cross-sell target of all assigned products.- Maintain good relationship with customers and high standard of service quality at all times.- Cold call the leads given by Team Sales Manager effectively.- Handle customer enquiries diligently and efficiently.- Identify, solicit and maintain new customer and referral base.- Comply strictly to CIMB bank's policies, including all compliance procedures and guidelines.QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE- Academic Qualifications: Preferably degree / diploma, credit in SPM -English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics.- Experience:Relevant sales experience is preferred but not essential.Age below 35 years old.Demonstrate sales performance excellence and possess strong passion for sales.
