Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager (Muar)

1. Responsibilities
Leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and foster strong client relationships within the real estate sector.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals aligned with the company's objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, property developers, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Possess a thorough understanding of the company's projects to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients and prospects.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
Lead and participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify new market opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to develop integrated sales and marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned by the superior or Company.
2. Qualifications/Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Real Estate/Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
At least five (5) years' experience in a related field.
Able to speak in Malay & English; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Independent, result-oriented, and aggressive in generating sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, dynamic, and a good team player.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
