Oversee and manage agencies, ensuring they are well-informed with accurate product information.
Engage with potential buyers, manage inquiries, and conduct site tours and presentations.
Track and analyze sales performance, providing key metrics and reports to the management.
Ensure smooth execution of sales administration processes, including documentation and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns and events.
Address customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in property sales or a similar role Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams or agencies.
Good understanding of property development processes and local regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
