Assistant Sales Manager (Vertical Transportation)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct analysis on market trends/needs.
Gather information on competitor pricing/product quality.
Prepare price estimation.
Establish new accounts and service accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Provide product and service quotations to prospective customers.
Present products to consultants, architects, and clients.
Develop and maintain rapport with current approaches/strategies.
Attend tender interviews, proposals, and price reviews.
Liaise with consultants, architects, and clients.
Assist consultants with car design, dimensions, and construction.
Maintain accurate reports and records including activity, closings, follow-ups, and adherence to goals and customer sales activity.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing or a Diploma in Engineering.
May consider candidates with or without an Engineering background.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Those with at least 2 years of working experience in the lift industry are preferred.
Must be willing to travel outstation.
