RESPONSIBILITIES
SELL
This role requiresconfident and drivenindividuals tosell products and services personallyandindirectly through agents and partners .
MARKET
You willrepresent the company's brandanddrive strategies to increase product awarenessby observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
You will focus a significant amount of your time onplanning and executing marketing campaigns and sales launches.In addition, there will be considerable opportunities todevelop innovative policies and campaignsthat shape the future of our organization.
To be a successful sales and marketing talent, you should havestrong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills .
In addition, candidates for this role will be independent, creative, charismatic, knowledgeable, and well-versed in the latest sales and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-true practices.
Personallysellproperties and services andcoordinateandsupportexternalagentsin sales activity.
Attend tosales enquiriesand assist inexhibitions or eventsas and when required.
Manage all areas related tocustomer development , includingacquisition, care, and growth .
Cultivate and deepenclient relationships and partnershipsthat add value.
Develop and execute marketing campaignsandsales launches .
Conductmarket researchto stay up to date on current market trends.
Maintain a firm grasp of market supply and demand, and work collaboratively with the team onpositioning strategies .
Administration- Assist with thefollow-upof SPAs by monitoring the agreement's completion, sales transaction, loan application, and loan drawdown.
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or equivalent.
At least5 years experiencein sales and marketing in property or relevant industries.
Possess own transport and iswilling to travelto the project or other work locations as required within the Klang Valley.
Willing tolearn newscope works, adapt in a dynamic environment,constantly challenge and review yourself , ready totake the leadand initiative to work with various stakeholders and team members.Self-integrityand having company interest as the priority.Strong interpersonal, leadership, creativity,andcommunication skills are essential.
Able to work onweekendswhen needed.
