ASSISTANT SECRETARY – PERSONAL (IMMEDIATE HIRING)Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training)
Providing exceptional service to principal's family and children.
Planning and assisting principal social activities.
Arranging travel and occasionally travelling with the principal to provide assistance and support.
Manage and maintain adequate inventory of all groceries, household, and personal items.
Ability to provide safety and security matters when necessary.
Supporting principal with their emotional or physical issues.
Handling special request, errands, and related duties.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate possesses Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Psychology / Hospitality Management / Tourism Management or equivalent.
Must be able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience working in Pre-school/Kindergarten/Daycare Centre will be an advantage.
A self-initiator with sense of urgency.
Possessed valid driving license.
Independent, mature, high common sense and multitasking.
Committed with job and must be based at principal resident.
Empathy and a caring attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
