About the company A Japanese company specializes in energy-efficient industrial equipment, including compressors for various sectors, emphasizing innovation, quality, and customer support.
Job Description:- Manage an entire after-sales operation in KL branch.Lead after-sales operation as a leader of engineer.Execute company's direction for after-sales work with some KPI (sales, profit and after-sales care activity for user).Keep relationship with customers.Keep relationship with suppliers.Evaluation on engineer's work.Keep improvement on working environment. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related technical field preferred.10 years of experience in machinery, equipment service, or technical support, ideally with some supervisory experience. (Prefer industry which provides machinery sales and service)Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and industry standards.Excellent customer service skills with proven experience managing client relationships and resolving service issues.Leadership, problem-solving, organizational skills for scheduling & coordinating tasks,Familiarity with health and safety regulations for machinery operations and service environments.Flexibility to travel for client site visits, inspections, and meetings as needed. Additional Information:- Industry: Industrial equipment sector, specializing in compressors
Location : Shah Alam
Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:15pm
