Responsible for the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including receiving, organizing, and shipping products. This role involves tracking inventory, managing stock levels, and ensuring that goods are properly stored and handled. Maintaining orders within the warehouse, preparing customer orders for shipment, and ensuring timely deliveries. Attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and adherence to safety standards are essential for success in this position. The clerk also works closely with other team members to support efficient warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities • Enter information about incoming and outgoing shipments into the computer system accurately
• Keep detailed records of inventory levels, shipments, and any issues or discrepancies.
• Receive incoming shipments, check them for accuracy, and ensure they are in good condition.

Person Specifications
Education & Qualification
• SPM or Diploma in warehouse management system or related will be an advantage
Relevant Experience & Years of Service
• At least 1 year of working in the warehouse department will be an advantage.
Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
• Strong knowledge with good understanding of warehouse management related will be an advantage.
Competencies
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, time management, aggressive.
• Computer literate especially Microsoft Office or WMS.
