About the role

What you'll be doing Participate in comprehensive training programs to gain a deep understanding of our brand's strategy, marketing initiatives, and business operationsHelp managers complete daily tasks (e.g. ensure that employees follow SOPs & implementing new policies)Understand each department's (e.g. Event, In Store, Creative, Account, HR, ES, Operations) daily processes and goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective brand-building campaignsConduct market research and analyse consumer trends to inform strategic decision-makingAssist in the planning and execution of promotional events and activities to enhance event & brand visibilityContribute to the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social mediaProvide support in managing customer relationships and addressing their needsDevelop a solid understanding of the marketing and communications industryWhat we're looking for A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesCreativity and a passion for event & brand developmentDemonstrated teamwork and collaboration skillsA proactive and adaptable mindsetCandidate should be below 35 years of ageWillingness and ability to work on weekends, as required Able to work a 6-day week with 1 day off.What we offer
