Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations and team performance.
Provide training and support to new and existing staff.
Monitor work quality and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Assist in scheduling and delegating tasks to ensure coverage and productivity.
Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
Prepare reports on team performance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
