Job Description:
To arrange and ensure the right quantity and markings of the packing materials are met with the packing schedule from the head of the packing plant.
To ensure that the packed products are texturized perfectly in a hygienic condition.
Check from time to time that the correct lot numbers are stamped on the cartons.
Cross-checking and monitoring the packed products' weights hourly.
Ensure all packers are wearing the proper attire provided and comply with the HACCP requirements.
All waste, i.e., oils, cartons, and PE bags are to be kept to the very minimum.
To monitor and control daily process control parameters for the Packing Lines to ensure they operate at optimum condition.
To ensure the texture of the oil according to the specifications.
To fill up and complete the related worksheet and logbook with verified figures.
To ensure the operations are followed thoroughly as per stated in SOP.
To ensure packaging material is in good condition, such as cartons formed properly, plastic inserted properly, and no oil stains on cartons.
To attend to any troubleshooting and any abnormalities in the production lines.
To ensure the setting of machines in the packing lines is accurate and in good condition.
To ensure CCP such as metal detectors and polishing filters are in good condition.
To work closely with GNA Plant Operator if there is any quality problem with the product.
To ensure cleanliness and housekeeping in the clean room area.
Ensure work carried out is in acceptable engineering quality and complies with ISO9001, HACCP, FSCC, and OSHAS.
Required to perform any other additional duties the employer may assign to you or related to the issuance of a letter of appointment by the Management.
Required to attend and perform duties following working hours and location as decided by Management.
Job Requirement:
Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the refinery operations industry.
Experienced in preparing reports.
Preferably at least an intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
