What you'll be doing?Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including corporate income tax, SST and withholding tax.
Prepare and review tax provisions for financial statements.
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.
Provide tax advice to management on business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic decisions.
Handle tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Advise management on the availability and benefits of various tax incentives.
Any other duties as assigned.
To fit the role, what you need to have?Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate environment or tax firm.
Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
Candidates with ACCA/CPA/CTIM added advantage.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and regulations.
Familiar with construction industry.
Good command of English language, both written and spoken including report writing skills.
Excellent internal communication & management skills.
Solid planning & organizational skills including attention to detail & multi-tasking skills.
Working HourMonday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
